What you´ll do

• Fully understand the creative vision and collaborate with the Art Director to execute creative concepts, while coordinating closely with development and copywriting teams.
  
• Deliver high-quality design work that meets project requirements, with strong attention to detail.
  
• Participate in the creative design of daily brand marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives, including visual identity (VI) systems, brand image development, packaging design, and branded merchandise.
  
• Take part in early-stage campaign planning and requirement discussions, providing diverse design solutions from both design and business perspectives to ensure the quality and timely delivery of creative projects.
  
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and a willingness to continuously learn and adopt new design knowledge and skills.

What makes you a good fit

• 1-3 years of experience in internet/digital design; a Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  
• Strong experience in marketing and operational design, with solid illustration skills. Experience in motion graphics, C4D, or other 3D design tools is a plus.
  
• Proficient in AI, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, and other design tools. Experience with AI-assisted design platforms such as Mid-journey and Stable Diffusion is highly desirable.
  
• Possess a strong design sense and creativity, with a passion for innovation, exploration, and continuous improvement, as well as excellent execution and project-driving capabilities.
  
• Curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuously improving professional skills; stays informed about industry trends and is skilled at identifying and leveraging emerging trends and hot topics.
