The Designer is responsible for conceptual preparation and design work, documentation creation, and management for smaller to medium-scale construction projects. Responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy and completeness of project documentation, coordinating with surveyors and network administrators, managing park portfolio maps and archives, and updating technical standards. The role also entails client negotiations, active involvement in project conceptualization, and executing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Participation in conceptual and idea preparation of locations throughout the country.
• Graphic, drawing works (preparation of business layouts).
• Assistance in providing documents from a surveyor, network administrator etc. within assigned parts of construction projects.
• Preparation of documentation of assigned parts of construction projects – smaller and medium scale (especially with regard to determining the height location of objects, HTU balances and conceptual solution of campus/off-campus).
• Checking the correctness and completeness of the documentation of assigned parts of construction projects.
• Management of park portfolio maps.
• Administration and updating of the documentation archive.
• Management and updating of the archive of technical solutions, details and standards.
• Participation and support in negotiations with clients.
• Ad-hoc tasks as directed by superior.
