Location: Mumbai, India

About the role:

We're looking for a creative and versatile visualiser to join our in-house team for a leading Beauty & Wellbeing skincare brand. You'll be the visual force behind our brand; from concept creatives and campaign artwork to short-form videos and e-commerce content. If you live at the intersection of design, storytelling, and AI tools, this role is for you.

What you will be doing:

  • With brand partner briefs, lead design of brand creatives & brand visual identity across digital, print, and packaging touchpoints
  • Create and edit short-form videos and reels for social media and brand campaigns
  • Build e-commerce content including product listing images, banners, A+ content, and marketplace assets
  • Collaborate closely with internal beauty studios, photographers, and brand team members to bring campaigns to life
  • Stay ahead of design and beauty industry trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate creative output and ideation

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design, preferably within beauty, FMCG, fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Education: Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand creatives, packaging design, and video content
  • A creative thinker who can translate brand briefs into compelling visual narratives
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Tools & Platforms (Nice to have an understanding of)

  • Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Video & Motion: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent
  • AI Tools (understanding): Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva Pro or equivalent
  • E-commerce: Understanding of Amazon A+/ 7OA content, Nykaa, Myntra and D2C/ Quick Commerce platform visual requirements
  • Collaboration & Productivity: Figma, Google Drive, Slack, Frame.io or similar

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with a skincare, beauty, or personal care brand
  • Basic understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
