We are looking for an experienced Apparel Designer who wants to contribute to shaping the next chapter of Peak Performance. You’ll bring strong conceptual thinking and a refined sense for premium design to a brand where performance and modern aesthetics meet.

In this position, you will report to our Design Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept creation and design development across selected Ski and Hike categories, ensuring a premium, elevated, and brand-right expression.

• Collaborate closely with fellow designers to secure alignment, consistency, and high standards across the full collection.

• Translate insights, trends, materials, and performance needs into innovative, market-leading product concepts.

• Partner with Development, Pattern, Fabric/Trim, and Assortment to ensure feasibility, quality, and excellence throughout the creation process.

• Drive design storytelling and collection narratives that inspire internal teams and external partners.

• Contribute to a strong creative culture by mentoring, supporting, and learning within the team.

• Ensure all design work supports Peak Performance’s strategic direction, sustainability ambitions, and brand identity.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an apparel designer, preferably within premium, performance, outdoor, or sportswear brands.

• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual strength, storytelling ability, and high-quality design development.

• Excellent understanding of materials, construction, and end-to-end product creation processes.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D design tools (CLO or similar) is a plus.

• Experience working with global supply chains and collection-based product development cycles.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience from premium or luxury brands is highly meriting.
