Compensation: ₱35,000 - ₱45,000 / month

We are looking for a talented and creative Designer with experience in designing homes, treehouses, or similar structures. In this role, you will bring architectural visions to life, working closely with clients and stakeholders to create innovative and functional designs. If you have a passion for unique structures, a strong design background, and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in designing homes, treehouses, or similar structures.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required; knowledge of Twinmotion is a plus.
• Strong architectural design abilities with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of structural engineering principles, particularly related to wood construction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles or sales-related environments.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Design & Creativity:
  • Ability to create unique and functional designs for homes and treehouses.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit for design and modeling.
  • Familiar with Twinmotion for rendering (preferred).
  • Knowledge of drafting and blueprint reading.
• Structural Basics:
  • Basic understanding of structural concepts, especially in wood construction.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Communication & Sales:
  • Strong communication skills for presenting designs and meeting with clients.
  • Ability to handle client feedback and manage relationships.
• Project Management:
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
