We are looking for a senior UX professional with proven experience designing user experiences for connected physical products and complex digital platforms. In this role, you will help define scalable and intuitive experiences across devices, applications, and services — ensuring seamless interaction between hardware, software, and cloud-based ecosystems.
This is not a traditional app or website UX role.
We are looking for someone who understands the challenges of designing experiences that extend into the physical world — where users interact across mobile apps, embedded interfaces, connected products, remote controls, and cloud services as part of one unified experience.
You will play a key role in modernizing and elevating the customer experience across our expanding digital and connected product portfolio.

Who we are looking for
You are a senior UX professional with strong systems thinking and a proven ability to simplify complex user experiences across both digital platforms and physical products.
You are comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, and you enjoy collaborating with technical teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to shape scalable connected experiences.
Most importantly, you have real experience designing UX for physical or connected products — not only web or mobile applications. You understand how users interact across hardware, software, and services, and you know how to create experiences that feel unified across multiple touchpoints.
