Job Description

The Technical Manager will oversee the comprehensive redesign of the STC Complex, ensuring alignment with the Masterplan, client goals, regulations, and budget. They will manage architectural oversight, design integration, and technical excellence across all project phases, acting as the primary architectural authority within the PMC team.
  • Lead architectural oversight for Masterplan implementation.
  • Manage and review design stages (concept to IFC).
  • Ensure infrastructure integration (roads, utilities).
  • Oversee design alignment for new and existing buildings.
  • Maintain compliance with local and international standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants.
  • Manage underground service and cable system integration.
  • Lead technical interface management.
  • Resolve design conflicts and provide technical direction.
  • Ensure proper coordination of roads, access, and utilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in large-scale projects.
  • Proven experience in masterplanned, mixed-use, or campus developments.
  • Prior PMC or Design Management role is essential.
  • Strong infrastructure coordination skills (roads, utilities).
  • Experience in renovation and redevelopment.
  • Professional registration or chartership is preferred.
  • Knowledge of design management, BIM, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
