Developing functional solutions in line with commercial objectives • Searching for ideas in the global market to develop proactive solutions in line with the company's development plans • Analyzing the causes of complaints and defects, developing solutions for their elimination and implementation • Developing new methods for raw material control and developing efficiency indicators • Monitoring department performance, training and mentoring junior employees
