We take a meticulous approach to sustainability by carefully selecting suppliers with eco-friendly credentials and incorporating secondhand or locally sourced furniture whenever possible.

Our portfolio spans hospitality, retail, and workplace design projects, including restaurant redesigns, bar refurbishments, and commercial fit-outs. We are especially passionate about creatively reusing materials to minimise waste while enhancing the character and functionality of every space we design.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design & CAD Specialist to support our growing design team. The ideal candidate will assist in design development, create visually compelling presentations, and support procurement and project coordination activities.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about interior design, space planning, and visual storytelling, with strong technical proficiency in CAD and rendering tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Support
  Assist with interior design development and concept creation
  Create mood boards, presentations, and material palettes
  Produce 2D and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  Support space planning, layout drafting, and visualization tasks
  Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive project execution

• Procurement & Logistics
  Source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials
  Coordinate supplier communications and sample requests
  Assist with ordering samples and tracking procurement timelines
  Support material and vendor research aligned with project requirements

• Administrative Support
  Maintain and organize project documentation and client records
  Prepare client presentations and design proposals
  Assist with invoice processing and project coordination
  Ensure project files and design assets are properly updated and stored

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Degree or certificate in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for design, color theory, furniture, and materials
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines

Preferred Experience

• At least 1+ year of experience in an interior design studio, architecture firm, or retail design environment
• Experience producing professional renderings and design development presentations
• Portfolio showcasing design projects, renderings, and CAD work is required
