Design Standardisation Architect

What you will do
This scope of this position is global and is responsible to support the definition, development, and delivery of a standardised methodology, addressing the design processes followed during the chiller product development and subsequent sustaining activities within the Chiller Solutions line of business.
Design process areas in scope for this role pertain to the global activities required to develop new products as well as to sustain existing ones. These activities could include anything in the chain of product development activities, ex: required design documentation, design for manufacturing/design for quality, design guides, engineering order manual (EOM), 3D models and 2D drawings, bill of materials (BOM), order configurators, ERP systems content, etc.
A key focus of this role will be to support the design automation team and understand their requirements and challenges to ensure they are successful in implementing an automation roadmap.
The successful candidate will support efforts to standardise design-related processes and help to enforce those processes globally.
