Job Purpose

New Model development utilizing virtual maturation of product manufacturability and process development. Requirement confirmation for North America Frame to prevent costly manufacturing related die loss.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manufacturing Engineering Support for New Model Development and Delmia/Catia use for North America manufactured models
  • Manufacturing Requirements Confirmation for past problem history items assigned for North America manufactured models
  • Support and correlate Delmia / Catia Virtual Confirmation Build / Data Reviews preparation and conduct the VCBs for all events through Die-go
  • Theme activity to improve Virtual Maturation and simulations (IC.IDO) for all North America manufactured models

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Minimum Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) or equivalent relevant experience (Paint preferred)

Minimum Experience

  • 2+ Yrs combined experience in new model development or manufacturing (Paint preferred)

Other Job-Specific Skills

  • Experience with Enovia, Catia, Delmia, AHEAD
  • Knowledge of Honda new model development

Working Conditions

  • 0 ~ 5 hours of overtime per week.
  • 0 ~ 10 % travel
  • Full Time On-site with flexibility
