KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Feasibility studies are conducted using tested and validated procedures. The possible solutions are evaluated from the points of view of costs, deadlines, risks, environment, material, economics of production, safety, legal requirements, quality, process requirements, energy consumption, durability, ease of maintenance, and functional choice criteria.
The designs are led by focusing on the problem definition, conceptual design, parametric 3D design, BOQ preparation, timeline, detail design, prototyping, testing, and process reviewing.
Mathematical or simulation models of issues are developed, including constants, variables, constraints, alternatives, competing goals, and their numerical parameters.
Finite element analysis studies are carried out to guarantee the structures are free of failures up to static linear and non-linear studies, and dynamic, flow, and thermal studies performed by the simulation specialists are supported.
Technical information is provided by the detailed drawings, bill of materials, and appropriate spec sheets.
The quality system and the methods of his/her group are implemented (risk analyzes, DFMEA, design reviews, quality planning, treatment of nonconformance (NC), ...).
Validations are obtained after the phases of realization, installation, start-up and development of the equipment made in collaboration with related métiers of the industry.
The hydraulic and pneumatic circuit designs are led by the design expert to get the correct functionality of the machineries.
3D animations, presentations, reports, and manuscripts are prepared and delivered in order to collect the required data and communicate intermediate and final results.
Led and demonstrated equipment homologation, qualification, and industrial robustness.
Ensure the technical mentoring of less experienced people.
