We currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Beijing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Prepares and modifies architectural drawings including details in 2D and 3D as directed by other utilizing Revit software.
▪ Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
▪ Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.
▪ Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research.
▪ Reports to Project Architect and Senior Architect.
▪ Assists Project Architect to coordinate with other design consultants as need.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required. Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
▪ 3 to 5 years of architectural work experience including Construction Drawings required.
▪ Proficiency in Revit required.
▪ Proficiency in using Ai-powered tools to generate image and renderings.
▪ Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and/or Rhino preferred.
▪ Fluent in both spoken and written English required.
