Job Description

We’re looking for a junior to mid-level DesignOps specialist with strong UX skills and solid Figma proficiency. Your main focus will be to help employees across the company do better UX with less friction by making it more measurable, consistent, and repeatable. You’ll also work closely with our design system, using and extending our Figma components and patterns so that our work is consistent, scalable, and developer-friendly.

You’ll be focused in

• Designing components in Figma maintaining and evolving the Design System
• Seeking out ways to improve and communicate the processes, practice, and culture of Design within the company
• Translating data to demonstrate UX's ROI and business impact
• Working with a high degree of personal responsibility as well as self-organization and thus drive the subject area of UX design forward in the company
• Being an advocate for human-centered design and research
• Driving and developing a cross-functional design and User Experience community

In order to succeed, you’ll need

• A solid understanding of UX practices and processes
• Experience with using Figma, including creating components, variants, auto-layout, styles, libraries, and file organization.
• An organized, structured approach to creating and maintaining documentation, repositories and shared resources
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency, quality, accessibility, and maintainability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
• Be a strong team player - working together not only with other designers but with developers and outside your own team.
