Job Description

We are looking for a DesignManagerSports, Graphic Designto strengthen and align graphic design execution across multiple sports franchises. In this role, you will work closely with Creative Leads from each team, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across visual identities, campaigns, and partnership assets. This role will oversee visual identity systems, and partnership assets across several cross-franchise teams!

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative process for sport graphic design, from concept to production. Act as the single point of contact for leadershipregardinggraphic design related matters across all sports franchises.

  • Align design direction with business goals and ensure design contributes to product success and brand growth.

  • Develop, implement, andmaintaindesign guidelines and visual systems to ensure brand consistency across franchises.

  • Facilitate collaboration between franchise design leads, encouraging knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, and sponsors to make sure design work integrates smoothly.

  • Manage cross-franchise creative calendars, timelines, and deliverables under tight seasonal and event-driven deadlines.

  • Translate sports culture, trends, athlete storytelling, and fan behavior into innovative and impactful visual concepts.

The ideal candidate bringsa strong designbackground within the sports industry — with proven experience working across professional teams, leagues, or sports brands. They understand the culture, energy, and commercial dynamics of modern sports, and can translate them into compelling visual storytelling whilemaintainingbrand integrity across multiple properties.

This position requires a strategic problem solver who can balance team-specific creativity with a unified overarching brand direction, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, partnerships, and leadership parties!

Do youhavewhat it takes?

Must Haves:

  • A handful years of experience in sports graphic design within professional sports teams, leagues, agencies, or sports brands

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a design management role.

  • Strong portfolioshowcasingsports branding, campaign design, team identity, merchandise graphics, and partnership assets (vector-based workrequired).

  • Experienced in managing multiple partners across franchises or business units

  • Deep understanding of sports culture, visual trends, and fan engagement across major sports.

  • Experience working with sponsorship integration, brand collaborations, licensed properties, and IP Partners

  • Strongproficiencyin Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other industry-standard design tools.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills and an ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Additionalpreferences:

  • A background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, ora relatedfield.

  • Ability to build andmaintainscalable visual systems across multiple brands or teams.
