Job Summary

The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design process and leading the Design Verification & Validation activities using Creo and SolidWorks. The primary objective is to ensure the quality and accuracy of designs while meeting project deadlines and client requirements.

New product design, medical domain, plastic design

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the design team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
2. Conduct design verification & validation activities to ensure designs meet required specifications and standards.
3. Utilize creo and solidworks software to create and modify designs as needed.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to incorporate feedback and make design improvements.
5. Identify design issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance product performance.
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the design process.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in design verification & validation processes and tools.
2. Expertise in creo and solidworks software for design creation and modification.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address design issues.
