This Role
We’re looking for a Design Lead to take our product from zero to one, and beyond
This role sits at the intersection of product, AI modeling, and care navigation. It requires not just exceptional design craft, but also deep empathy for users who may be facing uncertainty or receiving difficult health information.
You’ll lead design strategy and execution across our direct-to-consumer platform, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, supportive, and grounded in trust. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, and a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining health product at its earliest stages. You’ll be owning everything from core interaction patterns and emotional tone to developing a scalable design system.
