As a Design Engineer, you’ll develop major components and portions of functional systems, advanced prototypes, and production products. You’ll transform concepts into detailed designs while balancing performance, manufacturability, cost, and schedule.

You’ll join the Sikorsky team in Stratford, Connecticut, where engineers, designers, and manufacturing professionals collaborate on some of the world’s most advanced helicopters. Our environment combines hands-on engineering, digital design, advanced manufacturing, and mission-focused innovation.
You’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys taking designs from concept through production. You bring strong mechanical design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. Experience with 3D CAD, engineering drawings, GD&T, structural design, manufacturing processes, or aerospace products is highly valuable.

Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
