We are looking for a Revit Plumbing Designer with strong experience in industrial and facility projects to support multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role involves developing plumbing and drainage system designs, BIM modeling, and coordination for projects such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotech, and manufacturing facilities.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent degree
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Revit MEP models for plumbing systems
Design and prepare layouts for: Domestic water systems (cold & hot water) Sanitary and wastewater systems Stormwater drainage systems Industrial/process drainage systems
Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and isometrics
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Perform routing, sizing support, and clash detection using BIM tools
Assist in equipment selection (pumps, tanks, fixtures, etc.)
Support specifications and design documentation
Participate in design coordination and review meetings
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in plumbing design for industrial/building projects.
Strong experience in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of: Plumbing systems (domestic water, drainage, venting) Industrial facility requirements (pharma, semiconductor, etc.)
Familiarity with codes and standards (IPC, UPC, local US codes).
Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection (Navisworks preferred).
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cleanroom and process facility plumbing systems.
Knowledge of acid waste, RO/DI, and specialty piping systems.
Exposure to US or international project standards.
Key Competencies
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadline.
