We are seeking a skilled Revit Mechanical Designer to support the design and development of mechanical systems for industrial and commercial facilities. The candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality BIM models and engineering drawings for projects such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotech, and manufacturing facilities
Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Revit MEP models for mechanical (HVAC) systems
Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, and sections
Design and coordinate systems including: HVAC systems (air handling units, ventilation, exhaust)Chilled water and hydronic piping systemsHeating systems (hot water, steam)Equipment layouts and mechanical rooms
Perform duct routing, piping layout, and clash detection
Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and process teams
Assist in equipment sizing and selection
Support technical documentation and specifications
Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC design for building or industrial projects
Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Good understanding of: HVAC systems and air distribution Hydronic systems and piping layouts Industrial facility design requirements
Experience working on industrial projects (semiconductor, pharma, manufacturing, etc.)
Familiarity with codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.)
Experience in BIM coordination tools (Navisworks preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred Skills
Experience in cleanroom and controlled environment design
Exposure to process utility systems
Experience with US/international project standards
Key Competencies
Strong coordination and communication skills
High attention to detail in modeling and documentation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
