About the Role

Job Responsibilities
Review engineering drawings and documents received from clients
Create internal technical documents and drawings
Coordinate specifications with Japanese factories
Communicate with clients and adjust technical requirements as needed
Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Flex-time: start ±2 hours from standard time
Hybrid work available (approx. 40% in-office, subject to change)
Qualifications
Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT welcome!)
Business-level English required
Japanese proficiency preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $40,000$45,000 annually (negotiable, excluding bonuses)
3 annual bonuses
Annual raise (higher rate in 2nd and 3rd year)
