Develop design engineering solutions that meet the safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity standardsestablishedby design manuals and best practices in the aerospace industry. Ensure that designscomply withtechnical specifications, manufacturing requirements, and customer performance standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver design engineering solutions that promote safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity, following Design Manuals and best engineering practices foraircraftcomponents.

  • Apply strong understanding of materials and their properties to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and reliability standards.

  • Support operations and manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with established engineering specifications and standards.

  • Lead andparticipatein Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities toidentify, analyze, and resolve internal and external quality issues.

  • Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

  • Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing optimized designs that improve performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensuretimelydelivery of design outputs and successful product implementation.

QualificationsYou Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in product design and development.

  • Advanced Englishproficiency(spoken and written – 90%).

  • Knowledge of GD&T for precise dimensioning and tolerance of design components.

  • Proven experience in creating 3D structural models using CATIA V5.

  • Proficiencyin PLM systems such as Enovia, Teamcenter, or similar tools.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
