This role is for a composites design engineer, who will own the flow path spacer for the GE9X engine and support other composite hardware on the fan module. In this role you will be accountable for all design aspects of the owned hardware, working within the module team to execute projects to meet business goals and company objectives. In addition to working alongside the GE team, this role will interface with suppliers and repair shops to provide necessary support to meet new engine delivery and fielded engine repair timelines. The role has some autonomy, but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.
