ACG_3823_JOB Our client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. JOB DESCRIPTION Execute engineering activities required to fulfill customer orders. Develop and review designs to ensure compliance with engineering principles, company standards, industry codes and standards, customer requirements, and applicable technical specifications. Prepare and verify engineering calculations for both new and existing products. Provide production engineering support to manufacturing, assembly, and other relevant departments. Coordinate with the Quality team to investigate and resolve product-related and manufacturing-process issues. Develop, document, and implement production and engineering procedures. Ensure that designs and projects comply with applicable safety requirements and engineering principles. Coordinate with the global engineering team to ensure the consistent application of engineering standards across operations. Requirements Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university, college, or technical institute. At least 3–5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the oilfield equipment industry. Proficiency in all four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting using SolidWorks or comparable 3D design software. Experience in applying ANSI, ASME, and ISO drafting standards, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Strong capabilities in stress analysis and mechanical design. Thorough understanding of design documentation development, review, revision, and control. Ability to prepare clear technical reports, engineering calculations, procedures, and other related technical documents. Demonstrated ability to solve practical engineering problems by applying sound engineering judgment and technical reasoning.
