At Siemens Electrification & Automation, we’re shaping the future of energy systems by connecting the real and digital worlds. We are currently recruiting for a Design Engineer or Senior Design Engineer (depending upon experience) to join our existing friendly and diverse engineering community delivering projects within the Medium Voltage Electrical Distribution Industry. As a Design Engineer you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, customer-focused systems that power critical infrastructure across the UK and Ireland.
This role will be based at our Manchester Office, with the choice to work remotely 2-3 days per week, however, the successful candidate will be expected to travel to visit customers, conduct factory acceptance testing in Northwest England on an ad hoc basis.
