The Impact You'll Make

As our Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing optimized MCHE design proposals that meet customers’ specific requirements, providing technical support, and managing customer inputs and deliverables. Resolve product-related technical issues and coordinate follow-up activities throughout the delivery process to ensure effective execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product development
1. Manage the project process in engineering side
1.Manage the project process in engineering side
2.Design review and technical feasibility assessment
3.Product design including the performance and the structural design for MCHE
4.Test design, test plan, analyses the test data
5.Summarize and suggest for improving product development continually
Technical support
1.Work with sales application team to provide the technical support, deal with the product technical problems
2.Coordinate with the projects management for handling the customer projects and follow up the process of delivered products or feedback from customer
3.Support CQM team to deal with customer complaint, and improving our product continually
4. Support certification team in engineering side
Global support
1.Work with cross function team to create,update,maintain technical documents(spec, test standard...)
2.Support and build network cross factories

What We're Looking For

1. Master/Bachelor refrigeration educational
2. At lease 2 years product design relevant working experience
3. Familiar with heat exchanger and air-conditioning system
