Responsible for DSS I/O product design and development, managing design activities independently and delivering outcomes to stakeholders. Leads new product creation and modifications from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with Molex, industry, and customer performance standards.
Our Team
This CSBU team at the Global Technical Center in Bengaluru has engineering ownership across several Connector Product Lines, provides Product Design and Validation Services to customers and stakeholders in Datacom and Specialty Solutions Division located across the globe.
What You Will Do
· Design and development of EMI/EMC shielding Sheetmetal cages for high-speed data cables for data transfer & storage, cloud computing and artificial intelligence starting with customer voice analysis and idea generation, moving through concept design, specification setup, 3D design, manufacturability analysis, Risk analysis and mitigation, prototyping, testing, qualification.
