The Engineer of Proposal/Design leads the creation of technical designs and proposals for solar projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  Sound knowledge of solar energy systems and design principles.

Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and manage detailed proposals and designs for solar projects (Command in all relevant Software).
• 
  Coordinate with sales and project teams to understand client requirements.
• 
  Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
• 
  Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• 
  Manage the design process from concept to final submission.
• 
  Support business development by providing technical expertise.

Required Skills

• 
  Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, SketchUp).

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
