We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our team at our Menominee, MI facility, where you’ll be part of a close‑knit, collaborative design group focused on hose couplings In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own design projects while also partnering with experienced engineers on more complex initiatives, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Source Introduction efforts.
You’ll work closely with a strong network of engineers, manufacturers, and suppliers, gaining hands‑on experience throughout the full product lifecycle—from initial design concepts to production. This role also plays a key part in supporting Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) initiatives to help maintain and enhance product quality and performance.

Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
