Job Description

• Create work job descriptions for existing and incoming equipment and process
• Create and implement manufacturing and quality control processes.
• Communicate company goals, objectives, and philosophies to the workforce.
• Photograph, document, and communicate quality issues, manufacturing processes, and rebuild activities.
• Assist senior engineers and other local department leaders with various improvement projects.
• Organize, analyze, and summarize data.
• Assist with the development of new processes and products for customer applications.
• Performs detailed root cause analysis with practical problem-solving skills and implements corrective actions.
• Supports product and manufacturing transfers and restructuring projects.
• Supports Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and Kaizen events to improve efficiency.
• Develops and presents technical trainings (internal and external) as needed.
• Assist local departments in the review of new part customer orders with the support of worldwide technical teams.
• Assist with inspection and analysis of products returned for evaluation. Prepare notes detailing inspection results.
• Follow Regal Rexnord Ethics and Safety Programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
