What You Will Do
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript to enhance user interaction.
- Collaborate with a team of 8 to develop and refine UI/UX designs that elevate the conversational AI experience.
- Utilize Figma for prototyping and visual design, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
- Integrate OpenAI technology to enhance the conversational capabilities of the platform.
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to iterate on design solutions and improve functionality.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure a cohesive development process from concept to launch.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on product design and UI/UX.
- Proficient in React and TypeScript, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, is a plus.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
- Knowledge of best practices in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments.
Compensation and Benefits
