Job Shift: 1st ShiftThe Design Drafter will be an integral part of our order-processing team, helping develop and deliver engineering details and CNC programs to the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Create drawings and details for parts and assemblies for our special order requests.
- Program our CNC machines as needed to support production demands.
- Generate bills of materials for special orders as needed.
- Ensure any special materials are ordered in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- AutoCAD
- Solid Edge/Solid Works
- Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Striker programming software would be an asset.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) would be an asset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- A highly developed set of time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause solutions
- Proven ability to learn in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong communication skills to engage with all stakeholders in the company
- Ability to manage competing priorities
