Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage preparation of drawings / sketches / reports within ABWF Design Team
• Review drawings and coordinate with other disciplines such as structure and building services
• Address and resolve design queries, raise Request for Information (RFI)
• Support in management and review of shop drawings by sub-contractors
• Review and drive temporary works designs
• Liaise with Construction team on design, interface and constructability aspects and where appropriate
• Develop and maintain design management tools for tracking, reporting, and monitoring the progress and delivery of design packages
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to complete engineering design reviews and enhance efficiency

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Structural / Civil Engineering or Architecture
• At least 3 years' relevant experience
• Proficient in Revit and other BIM software (or in viewer only mode)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
