Setec is seeking an experienced Design Coordinator / Design Project Manager to support the delivery of a major and highly sensitive Development Master Plan project located in the Jeddah-Makkah region.
Working within an international multidisciplinary design environment, the successful candidate will act as Setec's on-site representative, coordinating technical activities, managing stakeholder interfaces, and ensuring seamless collaboration between local project partners and Setec's engineering teams.

Coordinate and oversee Setec's design scope across multiple engineering disciplines.
Act as the primary interface between Setec and project stakeholders.
Participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
Gather, consolidate, and communicate project requirements, decisions, and technical information to Setec's engineering teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of design outputs, reports, submissions, and technical deliverables.
Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary project teams and support design integration.
Prepare presentations and technical updates for clients and stakeholders.
Support stakeholder management activities related to Setec's services.
Contribute to business development initiatives by maintaining strong relationships with key public and private sector stakeholders in the Jeddah and Makkah regions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
10 to 15 years of professional experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure, transportation, metro, mobility, or urban development projects.
Proven experience in multidisciplinary design coordination and project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and coordinate international design teams.
Experience on large-scale master planning, infrastructure, metro, mobility, or urban development projects is highly desirable.
Strong project management and design coordination capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work effectively within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Client-focused mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
French is considered a strong advantage.
Previous experience within the Setec Group or a similar international engineering consultancy would be appreciated.
Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and local authorities is a significant advantage.
