About the RoleThis is a full-time,
commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential. Your success is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and ability to build strong customer relationships.You’ll represent our brand in homeowners’ homes, delivering professional, engaging presentations and guiding customers through solutions that genuinely improve their living spaces.Company-generated sales opportunities are provided to support your pipeline, but the most successful representatives take ownership of their business by generating referrals, repeat customers, and self-sourced opportunities.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForManage your sales pipeline using company resourcesMeet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and self-generated opportunitiesDeliver dynamic, professional in-home sales presentationsBuild trust and long-term relationships while delivering our Signature Service experienceTake full ownership of appointments—from presentation to closeAccurately complete contracts and required documentationMaintain product knowledge and stay current on promotionsAttend sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing developmentRepresent the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
What We’re Looking ForYou’ll thrive in this role if you:
]Have 2–3 years of sales experience (in-home or short-cycle sales preferred)Have a proven ability to close and take responsibility for resultsAre self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-drivenUnderstand that leads are a tool—not a guaranteeAre comfortable building referrals and generating your own opportunitiesCommunicate clearly and confidentlyAre organized, detail-oriented, and computer literateHandle a fast-paced, performance-driven environment wellHold a valid driver’s license and enjoy working on the road
