Design Consultant (In-Home Sales)

American Bathroom Remodelers is seeking a motivated Design Consultant to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners in their homes to provide design guidance and customized bathroom remodeling solutions.

This is a consultative sales role where you will help customers choose materials, layouts, and upgrade options while delivering an exceptional customer experience and closing sales.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess needs, style preferences, and project goals
• Present bathroom remodeling solutions including products, materials, upgrades, and financing options
• Guide customers through design selections such as finishes, fixtures, and layouts
• Follow the company’s proven sales process to deliver a professional and seamless customer experience
• Document consultations, contracts, and project details using company systems and sales tools
• Work toward monthly sales and closing goals
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions

Compensation

• Base pay plus commission with an earning potential of $80k -$250k
• Strong earning potential for high performers
• Commission structure provided separately

Schedule

• Appointment-based schedule
• Typically includes weekdays and some Saturdays

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to present products and solutions with confidence
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using tablets, apps, and digital sales tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local appointments
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move comfortably between appointments
