About the role Leads real estate projects from strategy to execution, translating business needs into spatial solutions that integrate cultural and experiential elements. Acts with autonomy in negotiations, design & build processes, and stakeholder management, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with Nubank’s brand and user experience standards.
