
The CRM & Loyalty team manages the loyalty programme and shopper engagement activities across Keppel’s shopping malls including Hanoi Centre, Saigon Centre and Estella Place. Our work focuses on enhancing customer experience through loyalty app features, member campaigns, tenant partnerships, rewards, privileges, and digital communications.
As a Design & Communications Intern, you will support the team in preparing visual and communication materials for loyalty marketing campaigns and activities. This role is suitable for someone who is interested in design, branding, retail marketing, and customer engagement, and would like to gain practical exposure in a dynamic shopping mall environment.
