Job Description

Your Role

As a Design Center Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Design Center operations. You will oversee the physical showroom to include maintenance, samples and displays. You will work with Studio Directors, Design Directors and vendors to correctly sample and display programs in showrooms.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a liaison between the firm, consultants and vendors. (local and internationally).
  • Management and maintenance of Design Center materials.
  • Promote and organize Lunch & Learns, coffee breaks and wine & cheese activities.
  • Assists management with administrative tasks such as researching information of interest regarding clients, projects, material’s trends.
  • Arranges schedules and regulates flow of work within or between organizational units or businesses.
  • Prepares various reports detailing the administrative information handled by the position.
  • Other assigned responsibilities.

Your Qualifications

  • Architecture or Interior Design Professional or advance student.
  • Strong knowledge on finishes, vendors, consultants and contractors within the industry.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • 100% Bilingual – Spanish and English.
  • Great collaborator, positive, creative individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong people skills
  • Dynamic and super organized.
  • Full knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design
  • Immediate availability.
