What You'll Be Doing:

Meeting clients where they live — literally. Visit homeowners in person to walk through their flooring and design projects.

Selling with the best tools in the business. Our tablet-based sales system and mobile showroom do the heavy lifting so you can focus on the conversation, not the paperwork.

Owning the full client relationship — from first consultation to referral requests, you build the kind of trust that keeps customers (and their neighbors) coming back.

Building your own pipeline. While we hand you a mobile showroom and a strong local reputation, top performers here don't just wait on leads — they network with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to self-generate new business and referral partnerships.
Who Thrives Here:
- 2+ years of outside or in-home sales experience
- A competitive streak and the discipline to back it up
- Comfortable being the expert in someone's living room — confident, not pushy
- Sharp communicator who can build trust fast and close with integrity
- Organized, detail-driven, and self-motivated without a manager looking over your shoulder
