Job Location: Fayetteville, NC 28304
Salary Range: $15.00 Hourly

The Design Associate I will support the design and estimating process by learning to navigate builder portals, interpret house plans, and understand cabinet layouts. This position plays a key role in assisting with the preparation and coordination of cabinet orders by accurately processing blueprints, editing measurements using design software, and ensuring all details are ready for installers and service technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn how to use builders’ portals, read plans and cabinet layouts.
- Accurately edit measurements with design program
- Maintain organized filing systems and complete general administrative tasks as needed.
- Research and resolve questions, discrepancies, or project-related obstacles

Qualifications
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Suites
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
- Dependable, resourceful and proactive
- Ability to learn quickly
