Asset Library Management
  • Develop and manage a centralized asset library (collateral, logos, diagrams, iconography, photography, and motion graphics)
  • Ensure version control, accessibility, and organization-wide adoption of standardized templates
  • Ensure communications and sharing of assets across company
Production & Presentation Execution
  • Oversee the design and production of client presentations and marketing materials, ensuring consistency, clarity, and brand integrity
  • Collaborate with consulting and leadership teams to refine presentations, content assets – such as research briefs and white papers – as well as infographics for narrative impact
  • Manage timelines and workflows to deliver high-quality creative output on schedule
  • Support digital and content marketing initiatives, including website visuals, research publications, and campaign assets
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with a strong interest or background in AI and technology.
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic or production design, ideally within creative agency, consulting or professional services experience
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a strategic approach to brand systems, especially in contexts that involve technology and business.
  • Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy across presentation and document formats
  • Proven experience building enterprise-grade templates and production systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of design rigor and brand discipline
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
