Bluejack Ranch is looking for an eager, talented, and experienced Design Assistant to work alongside our in-house Interior Designers. You will be involved in all aspects of the design process and exposed to projects. A keen eye for detail is a must. To succeed in this role, you will need to think creatively, identify proactive solutions and problem solve. You must have excellent organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple projects and change course several times a day. Knowledge and exposure to products, selections, coordination and completion of FF&E specifications is preferred.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required; a technical certification, vocational training, or equivalent mechanical experience is preferred.
APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:
Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. The employee may be working evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules based on event needs. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
