  Prepare and cook a variety of Desi street food items including pani puri, sev puri, samosa chaat, channa chaat, and bhel puri
• 
  Prepare snacks such as pav bhaji, aloo samosa, kachori, and pakora
• 
  Make beverages including karak tea and coffee
• 
  Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
• 
  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• 
  Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
• 
  Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen procedures

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience as a Desi Chef or street food specialist
• 
  Strong knowledge of Indian/Pakistani/Nepali/Bangladeshi cuisine
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Good time management and teamwork skills
• 
  Immediate availability preferred
