This is a remote full-stack development role focused on building, evolving, and maintaining software solutions across the full development lifecycle. You will work in an agile environment contributing to both backend and frontend components, with Python on the server side and React on the user interface layer. The position involves close collaboration with technical teams to interpret requirements, implement features, and ensure system quality through testing and integration. You will also participate in deployment activities, documentation, and support for production environments. The role offers exposure to end-to-end software delivery, from design to implementation and client validation. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of full-stack applications, participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle within an agile team. You will be responsible for implementing features, ensuring code quality, and supporting system delivery and evolution.

• Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and execution
• Interpret functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop, integrate, and maintain full-stack components using Python and React
• Build and execute tests to ensure software quality and stability
• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing applications
• Support environment setup and configuration for local and project development
• Integrate components with other systems using defined project standards
• Assist in deployment, testing, and validation in client environments
• Produce technical documentation in line with project requirements
• Support users and IT teams by clarifying system functionalities when needed

Requirements:

This role requires foundational experience in software development, with exposure to full-stack technologies and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both backend and frontend tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields
• Around 2 years of experience in IT or software development using agile methodologies
• Basic experience with full-stack development, including Python for backend and React for frontend
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and object-oriented programming concepts
• Ability to interpret technical and functional specifications
• Experience with software testing and debugging practices
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
• Knowledge of integration and deployment processes in development environments
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment
• Good communication skills and proactive attitude toward problem-solving
