Salesforce Senior Developer | Service Cloud / Voice / Amazon Connect | Híbrido Guadalajara
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer with strong experience across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions while providing technical leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills Required:
With over 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect
- Advanced English (required)
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and complex data models
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps processes within Salesforce
- Experience with Databricks is a plus
Certifications (Required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications
- Architecture certifications are highly valued
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in English (Advanced) C1 - C2
- Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, and a proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications
- Extend platform capabilities through integrations and custom solutions
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, flows, validation rules, and automation
- Leverage Salesforce AI tools to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Maintain technical documentation and system updates
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Manage deployment and release processes across environments (sandbox and production)
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
Location & Schedule:
- Hybrid in Guadalajara
- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
- Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico
