We are seeking a highly organized, service-focused, and proactive Office Manager to support our leadership team while ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office environment. As our Office Manager, you'll be at the center of keeping our workplace running smoothly while helping create a positive experience for employees, customers, vendors, candidates, and visitors. You will oversee daily office operations, coordinate meetings and events, manage office resources and facilities, and serve as a key point of contact across the organization.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to company leaders, a resource for employees, and a key contributor to the overall success of the organization.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Manage office operations, supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facility needs across multiple buildings.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, presentations, reports, and other administrative activities for company leaders and teams.
• Welcome visitors, candidates, customers, and vendors while ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Organize company events, employee celebrations, volunteer activities, town halls, and other engagement initiatives.
• Support onboarding activities and help connect employees with the resources they need.
• Coordinate customer visits, operational meetings, travel logistics, meals, and special projects as needed.
• Maintain records, documentation, meeting notes, and operational materials while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Serve as a trusted resource who anticipates needs, solves problems, improves processes, and helps teams work more efficiently.
• Build positive relationships across all levels of the organization and provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and maintain a strong customer service focus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience supporting leaders, coordinating company events, or managing travel and meeting logistics.
• Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification.
