Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join Integrated Dermatology of Chesterfield, a well-established practice serving Chesterfield, NH, and the surrounding tri-state region.

About the Practice

• Well-established practice in Chesterfield, NH, providing trusted dermatology care for over 20 years.
• Serves patients throughout New Hampshire, Southern Vermont, and Massachusetts.
• Collaborative clinical team led by expert Dermatologist and an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant.
• Comprehensive practice offering adult and pediatric dermatology, including skin cancer screenings, mole and wart removal, and treatment for acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea.

About the Role

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care for adult and pediatric patients, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, and skin cancer.
• Perform skin cancer screenings, mole and wart removal, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the practice's physician and fellow clinical staff.
• Step into an established, loyal patient base built over more than two decades.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Active PA-C or NP licensure in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred.
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for skin health.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• A team player who thrives in a warm, patient-focused practice environment.
