JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: Dermatology NP/PA
• Job Type: Locum Tenens
• Location: Clifton Springs, NY
• Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Coverage Period: July 20, 2026 – January 2027
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adults and Adolescents
• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 25–35 patients per day
• Case Mix: General dermatology evaluations and treatments
FACILITY INFORMATION
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Standard dermatology clinic equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: Dermatology team across multiple sites
• Support Staff Available: 1 support staff per 12 patients (LPN, RN, MA)
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Rate: TBD
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Not Specified
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General dermatology evaluations
• Skin condition diagnosis and treatment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active NY license required (in hand)
• Board: Board Certified required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 3 years recent dermatology experience
• Other Qualifications: Must have recent Epic experience; no significant work gaps
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outpatient dermatology care
• Diagnose and treat skin conditions
• Collaborate with dermatology team and support staff
• Float to additional dermatology sites as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
