Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
We are seeking medical and/or surgical Dermatologists to join a growing team in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. This position involves full-time or part-time clinical duties at our clinic’s stunning new flagship location in Coal Harbour. Situated on the seawall, this iconic facility offers panoramic views of one of the most sought-after and visually stunning regions in downtown Vancouver.
Offering lucrative performance-based billing and equity/profit-sharing potential. Relocation support available.
Role Objectives
The Dermatologist’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide professional patient care at all times and create a friendly and inviting environment for patients

  • Conduct patient skin assessments, treatment planning and implementation, and evaluation of treatments for effective outcomes

  • Provide consult notes to referring family physicians for new patients

  • Perform follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer to an internal general practitioner for continuation of care

  • Assist with coaching the nursing team to provide effective patient care

  • Participate in training and education opportunities provided by the company

  • Adhere to company policies and protocols

  • Work with the marketing team to build and promote personal social media presence

  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to build relationships with both patients and employees

Practice Model & Clinical Support
The group’s practice model is designed for maximum efficiency and includes:

  • A team of dedicated and trained nurses and medical office assistants to optimize patient flow

  • Exam and operating rooms to support your clinic

  • Access to surgical/procedural rooms

  • Access to a full suite of surgical and aesthetic lasers and injectables

  • A head office staff equipped to handle scheduling, referrals, human resources, and billing

  • A supportive team that leaves the physician with minimal paperwork (charting, billing, etc.)

  • Marketing support to grow your practice

Requirements

  • Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License

  • A strong passion for the cosmetic dermatology field

  • Certifications for lasers, Botox, and/or dermal fillers are considered an asset, but are not required

  • Prior experience in the cosmetic and aesthetic medicine industry is considered an asset, but is not required

  • New graduates are welcome to apply
